If you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased from us you can return them and we will do our best to accommodate you. You will need to communicate with us within 60 days from the day you received the products and we will give you further instructions, including an RMA number (Returned Merchandise Authorization). You may do so using our enquiry form for all communications related to returns. Please do not return any products without contacting us first.
In all cases you will have to return the merchandise. You will have to pay the return shipping costs, unless the return is an error on our side. We are not able to provide prepaid shipping labels internationally, but in the case of an error on our side we will provide you with a coupon code that provides a discount on a future purchase equal to the amount paid for return shipping. In order to claim your coupon you will need to include in the return package a receipt from your post office that indicates the price paid. Since all our products are sold in US dollars, if the return shipping price is paid in a different currency we will provide a coupon for an amount in US dollars based on the currency exchange rates on the date indicated on the receipt.
We are currently able to offer the following 3 options for returns:
- Coupon code.
- Product exchange.
If you choose this option we will send you an electronic coupon code once we receive the returned merchandise. The coupon will provide you with a discount for a future purchase equal to the price paid for the merchandise. If the return was in any way a result of an error on our side we will include the shipping costs to that amount. You will be able to use your coupon within one year's time from the time it was issued. If the coupon expires and you still want to use it, please contact us and we will examine the case. We reserve the right not to accept the coupon after it has expired depending on the circumstances.
You may want to exchange a purchased product with a different variation of the same product, or a completely different one. If the replacement product that you desire is of the same value as the original one, including its shipping costs, you will only pay for return shipping and we will pay for shipping the replacement product. If the replacement product value and its shipping costs are not of the same value as the original one you will have to pay the difference in price and/or in shipping costs. Products can be exchanged only once to prevent abuse of our services. It is up to our discretion to consider a second exchange in special circumstances. The same process and terms apply when exchanging more than one product.
If none of the above options are satisfactory to you, we can certainly offer a refund. The refund amount will be equal to the price paid for the product. The refund will not include shipping costs unless the return was a result of an error on our side. We will do our best to issue the refund via the PayPal refund process as soon as we receive the returned product, but it may take up to 5 business days.

To prevent abuse of our services, we reserve the right to deny exchange or refund requests to customers that have made what we consider to be excessive requests.
We are not responsible for products returned without receiving from us an RMA number first and coupon/exchange/refund requests may be denied in such cases.
Coupons, exchanges or refunds may be denied if the merchandise arrives to our center in a condition altered compared to when received by you, including missing or damaged parts.
